Hi Hudson,
Looks like a good starting point for your project, good looking airframe and wings (from what shows) and oleo gear with Cleveland hydraulic heel brakes!
How complete is the project? All the big pieces are there?
Is the thing between the landing gear going in the panel? If so, some folks here will be jealous...😳
How about a pic of your PA11? I'm a big fan...
And don't worry about your english around here...we barely use it ourselves 😊😊😊.

Hey Hiper!
Yes, airframe is in really good condition, no corrosion in what i can see and is almost complete, we dont have the door, seats and engine cowling.
Im gonna put a Lycoming O235-L2C on it with a Citabria engine cowling, i think it will make a good combination with it!
HAHAHA, nooo, this thing is only an really old tube television that we are keeping on container to save space, its too heavy to use on champ hahaha.
Im seending more pics here, getting it off my iphone to computer and doing a selection!

Here our experimental PA11!
Many work on it, but was a school for us!

Here a little of last work we had on it, we did lateral for protection and finished with zync crhomate, simple and rustic!

So, we found our champ with a friend of us, he was selling it to someone who could finish it, i thinked about it almost 1 month and then decided to get it! It would be a challenge but its possible, so we got it on december 2019 and put on a container untill we finish a workplace on side of our house.
Almost 2 years after we got it, i could start to work on it, im starting with the Spars because had some cracks on my Left wing spar, so lets change it!
But to change i need to make new spars! Here in Brazil we use a wood called "Freijo", used on spars applications!

Our project on Container waiting...

So, lets find some good wood!!

There in "wood house" maximum we can look for is a strait and the darkest wood as possible, and of course without "knock", that is a fail in wood grain!
There is a risk of internal "knock", but we will find it only when cut the wood for slip it!
I had a luck and found two good wood and started to make my two rear spars!!

Working on wood, we passed it on machines to reduce tickness and align sides, then cut it on the center to slip it into two parts!
I was lucky and the woods was really awesome shape!

My old Ford helping me A LOT! hahaha

Next step is do a epoxi glue on both sides and glue it together inverting the side of the wood to invert wood grain! Its makes wood stronger!
Tomorrow im gonna get pictures of work to do the "squizers" like C-Gramps to glue wood, many work but the result is going to be really awesome!
My next step is tomorrow when i will reduce this woods to final dimensions, and together it im gonna do the reinfocements plywoods!
Thanks guys and sorry my english mistakes πŸ˜… πŸ˜… (y)(y)

Guys, just a question:
Unfortunately i did a error when sanding my spar and got it bellow measure on drawing, where i need at minimum 15.08mm i got 11millimiters.... Could i use this rear spar and get my final tick of 19 getting thickers plywood or this error is a no go spar since it's a wing fitting area??
Bottom one is 11millimiters and the top is ok! πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Thanks guys for your help!!!

Hudson, I don't know what rules you have to follow in Brazil but here in the states you would either need to splice the spar or start over...the end plates and the spar itself need to conform to the drawings.
You might turn the spar blank around and make a good root end per the drawings and put a short splice at the tip where the tip bow mounts. Much easier to splice and nowhere near as critical.
