my parts manual dated 1972 says the standard McCauley prop is a 1C172AGM72 and that either a 13" or 15" spinner can be used. It might be a typo though as, farther down the page, it says both the McCauley 1C172AGM72 or the 1C90ALM72 are ok.
For the 15" spinner, the part number is 4-1406. For the 13" spinner, the part number is 4-1573-2. Do you also need the bulkhead and backplate part numbers?

I saw your post on FB and it reminded me of a woman (in Indiana maybe?) that sells used parts. Her name is Patty, her email is [email protected], it's probably worth a try to contact her. I bought a cowl piece from her.
I'd also spend an hour or two cold calling maintenance shops to see if anyone has a spinner on their shelf gathering dust.
