7GCBC Needs a repair shop

I need help finding a repair shop for my 7GCBC that has been ground-looped. Has anyone done business with Rainbow Flying Service in Moses Lake, WA that could share their experience?
 
There is also a outstanding APIA on the field at lander wy , he has done citabria work and owned a personal 7gcbc . Cant recall his name right now (I am not home ), has a very large hangar about 3 or 4 down from the FBO . Call the fbo and ask about him , im sure they can give contact info .
Also , Ted Miller , Black Hills Aero , Spearfish SD does exccellent citabria work -he got several field approvals for me .

Lander would be much closer. I'll see if I can locate him. Thanks for the info.
