Eric,
I made mine from .025 2024 T3 aluminum using the old one as a pattern. The windscreen combing I bought from Wag Aero. This is for a 1946 Champ.

Looks good ! I figured .032" was a bit thick (and heavy) and .020" a bit fragile. Now I'll have to order a sheet of .025".
