Anybody got a sample computation available? All I need are limits, datum, and arms for fuel, oil, pilots, and baggage. Somehow we lent the DPE the 3-ring binder with the official sheet in there. Checkride Wednesday. Help?

I need the datum and arms please. Anybody have these? I'm only seeing the moments listed in the POH. There's probably an easy formula to figure the arm, but I'm just a dumb pilot.

Working on it. The Chief owner (see my first post) is on a 3-day trip (Southwest F/O) and will send me a copy on Sunday. I will then post.

Wow! 2018 - seems like yesterday. That was a "Sport" ride. Obviously he was pretty successful as an aviator in the interim. Also graduated from USC.

Got them. Posting in a few minutes. No guarantee on accuracy, but they look reasonable. Double-check with the type certificate.

Empty weight CG - +12.9” to +15.2”
CG at gross - +14.9” to +21.9”

Datum -Wing Leading Edge
Seats - +23.5”
Baggage - +48.5” (70 lbs max)

Fuel main - 15 gal at -6”
Fuel aux - 8 Gal at +61”

I take it all back. You need to go to the technical section, find my post on the Chief type certificate, choose your exact model, and everything you are asking for will be there, and might not totally agree with the above.
