I have decided to sell my Citabria 7ECA, serial number 475, manufactured date Nov. 2, 1967 project.
I purchased this plane with crash damage on Nov.1, 2000, intending to rebuild it as a father-son project. Life was too busy for all of us and the project never got started.
The previous owner ran off the runway and struck a small tree resulting in damage to the right-wing and one of the fuselage longerons. The engine would have required a complete tear down and inspection as a prop strike occurred. At the time of purchase, I was intending to replace the Lycoming 0-235-C with a higher hp 0-320 so I sold the 0-235.
I have all the logbooks. the last entry in the logbook May 19, 1999, shows total time in service, 1772.3 hrs.
The plane is located in York, Pa and has been stored in a concrete floor garage since I have owned it.
Asking $10,000, any question or additional information / pictures call (717) 332-7701 or email [email protected]
