See below.... Appears as though I can delete, lock, unlock, etc.
Do we all have the abilities of a Moderator?

if you try to stick a thread does it actually let you do it? you shouldn't have access to moderator permissions. just looking at it now, appears to be a bug! lol, i'll look into it and thanks for pointing that out!
would still like to know if it lets you stick the thread. thanks!

It appears to be fixed on my phone. Will check a pc in 30 min or so.
ok, thanks. i didn't really do anything except look at the backend pages that control that stuff. weird that it's fixed itself already

Seems as though I can do it to some areas of the forum, but not others. Can't touch anything in the Bug Reports section. On either the phone or the laptop.
