Citabria Elevator Limits/Throw

Anyone know the angular limits of the elevator travel? If not, would anyone be willing to use their iPhone level to determine up/down elevator limits with reference to the horizontal stab. Looking for rough numbers to compare mine to.

I am showing 23 degrees down, 29 degrees up.
