could someone please post a pic of how the factory did perimeter tapes where the elevator gap seals are? is there a step in the tapes or are different width tapes used to make the edge line appear continuous?

Spoke with Dale this morning, a 3" tape goes along the leading edge where the gap seal tube is. Where the tube stops, another piece of 3" tape starts to there is going to be a step in the tapes that you'll see under the paint. I was kicking around the idea of trying to make that tape line continuous but, if it's good enough for the factory, it's good enough for me. I'll post a pic when I get there.
