Cushions are shot, frame is complete and not bent or broken, needs to be refinished but it's all there and the adjustment mechanism works ok

If it is the Marple STC seat, it may make annuals easier - one fewer AD?

Got pretty conclusive direction today on this that it's a Champ folding/adjustable seat. They were also used in Citabrias but an AD limited them to continued use in Champs only due to the lower speeds and non-acro nature of Champs.

$150 seems reasonable?
