I also suggest doing the whole system so it can be set up on the flow bench. Extra cost is minimal and the benefits are many!
If they have the FI servo, flow divider (spider) and the injectors the system you get back will run smooth, be easy to lean out (CHT/EGT spreads are Gami-like) and make good power throughout the RPM spectrum.

That's interesting Chris, I never really thought about it that way but it makes perfect sense to do it all at once with a shop that can actually run everything together and assess it as a system, which it is in the plane.
