New member, thanks for having me. I'm actually looking for an electronic copy of the POH for the 7ECA 98 model. I can only find a few 70's models online.

Hi Reg' and welcome to the site. You might not be finding it because ACA is still up and running so they would probably prefer you buy one. Sorry I can't help you, I'm not aware of an electronic copy being shared by anyone.
