There is a 150 C/S metal spar Decathlon for sale here. It cruises just as fast as the 180.
If I were to do it again, I would see if the type cert. now supports the 160 Lyc - a better engine for anon-competition aircraft.
The tanks that give problems are the newer ones - 2002 and up, I believe. Very expensive to fix.
