Hello Everyone! Tim Mix from Oregon! I am a A&PIA, pilot and an owner of a 7GCAA project! N9606S, look fwd to getting it flying one day between all the work that I do on other people's airplanes! My shop is in Mulino State Airport (4S9) and work on most SEL GA aircraft. Looking fwd to working with y'all!

Hi Tim and welcome to ChampCitabriaDecathlonForums.com! Glad you found us, we're still getting started but so far the site is stable and only a few problems have been reported/fixed. Do you get a mix of planes through your shop?

By the way, you can't admit you've got a project going and not expect to be hounded for photos....may I suggest a new project thread in the tech area??

Hi, Tim. Welcome aboard. I'm flying a '65 7ECA while building a Bearhawk Patrol. Mine has the lowly 100-hp O-200, but it sure is cheap (and fun!) to fly. Mine appears to have its original covering - it was always hangared), and in remarkably good condition for it's age. But one of these days, I'm going to have to recover it...

Well, I'm kind of in the same situation as Tim above – so busy working on other stuff that the Patrol has taken a back seat for a while... But I'm about to get ramped up again (I hope), and I'll post some progress reports and pictures as I go along.

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah I'll get some pics up! It is a little farther than these but it'll give you an idea where I'm at. And just so you all know too, I do fabric covering and repair! So if you're localish You can bring it to me and we can recover or repair!
