How to mount VOR antenna???

I'm shopping for a Citabria 7KCAB
The two I'm lookin at don't have VOR antennas.
QUESTION:
Do Citabrias come standard with a bracket near the top of the vertical stilizer for mounting a VOR antenna?
Obviously I don't know because this area is covered with fabric.

there is a hard point near the top of the fin's leading edge tube. I can take a photo the next time I am at the hangar.

This is a 79ECA but I would think they are the same. I also show my beacon mount.

Without photos I would not remember where things were when I took it apart. I wish I would have had taken more right now I’m working on the skylight installation. This is what happens when you take over 2 years on a project. Bartman is re assembling one that someone else disassembled, very brave and determined.
