I apologize Jim, I intended to do some tutorial videos for stuff like this but I got hit with a cold about a week ago and have been scrambling just to have the site go live this week.
Just below the left gear pant of Pedro's very nice red/white 7ECA in the site header above, you'll see your username. Click on it and a small window will drop down, this is most of your user control panel like you'd have with other forums. You should see Signature there in the right column.
