I have to backdoor my way into logging in

This took some creativity for me to be able to post in this section.

Basically, if I get an email, someone replied, etc. I can click that, and I am logged in, can reply, click new posts, all good. BUT if I go to Champcitabriadecathalonforums.com, I am logged out. Clicking log in brings me the error that I have attached. So basically if i want to post I have to go into email, find an old reply email to get back into the forum.

In posting this I have also found if I click Home, needed to get to this portion of the forum and it wasn't really in the new posts section (not as active), it logs me out. I hit back, i'm back in, but not where I want to be. Bruce said he's never had this issue. It occurs both at work, and home on a personal laptop, I don't think I've had this issue on a mobile device.
Clicking "back, refresh" doesn't help by the way......

Edit, apparently when I took the pic I was within the bug reports section, lol. Just noticing that now.....

Please try going into your browser settings and try clearing out your cache, cookies, etc. Sometimes old page load info is in your browser history and it will clash with new page loads with some being with you logged in and some not.

Thanks for the heads up, if it's a larger problem we'll get it fixed.

I've been using a bookmark to take me here. But, if I hit "Home" from here I get logged out. When I try to log back in I get the same message as above. I have to go back to my bookmark. I'm using Firefox.

Same with me. Home bottom logs me out on my phone. Not sure about computer. I always have to go into forums instead on clicking home.
 
try clearing cache and cookies, close your browser, open the browser and log back in. click around and see if it is still happening.

I'd bet Cliff has already tried that. my firefox browser is set to clear everything everytime I log out and I'm not seeing the same problems.

Well I was about to say it works!!!

BUT, as you just did, I was going to quote your post. Hitting the reply quote button on the bottom right of your post gives me the same error I have screenshotted above.

But yes Home works, I can log in from any page if I log out (from what I can tell so far).

EDIT, that was odd, i got the same error in "post reply". Went back to the email, clicked the link from your reply, and pasted it in, and it took it then.
 
I can't get it to recreate the error with the quote button, it seems to work. I logged out, then back in, still works.
 
that's too funny! my wife was all excited that THE Sully was hanging out with us!

You can stay, we'll let THE Sully find a new username if he shows up sometime. :D
