We have an EDM700 in our 7CGAA, an old one because it can't remember anything of our flights. ( I heard that comes with age..) It does however output it's data on a serial port in real time. With a bit of fiddling we managed to record the stream to a usb stick as a csv file. Would like to use the Savvy site to view the files to see what tools they have to analyze the data. So far no luck with the uploads. So I was wondering if any of you had a JPI engine monitor and if so, you're able to upload them to Savvy. Since we don't have a .dat or .JPI file, I don't know how a .csv version should look like. If someone would like to share a downloaded file of an EDM 700 that would be great. I tried the examples that came with EZTrend and EZSave, but the CSV's made with EZSave are not understood by their own EZTrend progam.
I've contacted Savvy, they send me a Garmin file, but that looks very different.
