As I'm getting closer to the priming/painting stage of my project I had cleaned out my small hangar and put together a nice little paint booth...

Then Shreveport Louisiana for the first time in history got 3 things: an actual temperature of 1 degreeF, 7" of snow and 4+" of sleet/ice.
And a corner of my hangar (built in 1955) broke, bent, caved in...

.
Under load a ladder beam came apart and bent down about 8" which pulled the roof sheet metal apart. RIGHT OVER MY OFFICE!!! No leaks anywhere else. Crap.

The good news is the repairs won't be that bad.
The bad news is I have to take my paint booth down and rebuild it later...
I knew it went together too easy.
