Hi,I just purchased my old 7ac that I sold 22years ago and starting to fly again.I have been looking for the a POH,are they available anymore? I have service manual and all logs since new, just need a POH.thanks in advance guys,Richard Webb-Delaware

Hi Rick,
Service Manual (was light green for the Champ, red for the Chief) copy has all the required info for the 1946 airplanes.
Speeds, weights and measures, care and repair are all contained therein.
Back then the pilot/owner had only to insure all the required placards listed in the TCDS are in place to be airworthy. They are the POH and constitute all required operating limits...
There are aftermarket checklists available I'm sure or just make one that suits you. Just make sure the placards are there and you're good to go.

Hope this helps,
Chris

There is a guy on Ebay that makes really nice reproductions of Aeronca placards. I used several of them during my resto-mod...
