Hi All,

As my brain continues to spool up in preparation to do my project, I was wondering about my boot cowl, it's the newer two piece with the center panel on the bottom but from what I can tell, the center panel I have doesn't seem to match up to the boot cowl that I have. If someone is by their plane in the next week or two would you please take a few photos of how the two go together and post them? From the outside should be enough but if you have one that's apart and can post more pics I'd appreciate it.

Thanks
Bart

yup, that's what I have also but that upward curve of the lower panel was throwing me off! i looked at it so many times, figured it was bent or from the wrong plane.

Thank you very much!

Looks just like mine. I may have to drop it next week; one of my master cylinder overhauls doesn't seem to be working. Well, it works great until I need it, then it will skip a beat.

Is it leaking or just soft every now and then? I had a car that you had to bleed the brakes then they were good till u parked it for a week then had air in line, never found the leak must have had a pin hole in one of the brake lines once I replaced the line the problem went away. Never leaked just sucked in an air bubble. Good luck with the problem.

Yeah. I was hoping it was an air bubble. Two out of three applications it is rock hard. Then it will go totally soft. Then right back to rock hard. Probably that "lock-o-seal."

Man, it must be the season for soft brakes. We just overhauled both of the master cylinders in May, and one is back to leaking. It’s been pretty frustrating.
