Got a scout in without the greenhouse glass installed. Could you good people post a few pics of the tape application on the plexiglass.
 
Here you go. Basics are pretty straight forward. Cover is stapled to top of side formers. Trim strip is placed on top of that. Plexiglass placed on top of that. Front edge slips under the metal retaining bracket. Rear edge screwed to bracket with 5 screws. Then 3 inch tapes placed on rear, sides, and front. 2 overlapping tapes in rear. Pictures show that fairly well.

That's seriously helpful, thank you. I had the fuse show up sans skin. I'll be ordering a manual as well.
 
Rainbow Ron has some opinions on this. He was very generous with his help a number of years ago - maybe he would be willing to either post or provide info to Bart or Ed who could then do a "how to" for the community.

Sides and back.

The seam where the greenhouse roof and windshield meet is covered by one strip of 3" tape, then a 2" strip of rubber and an aluminum trim plate.

The sides of the greenhouse roof are covered by a strip of tape, with half on the plexiglass and half on the side of the wing root.

The rear edge of the greenhouse roof is covered by 2 overlapping strips of 3" tape. I think there is also a 1" strip of rubber, but can't remember where. Maybe it is under the greenhouse roof where it screws to the bracket.

My bracket that the rear edge of the greenhouse plexi screws to does not have nut plates. The aluminum is tapped directly. That seems wrong to me.
