Is there a way to send an individual a private message? I met with a member on my drive back from picking up my plane in SD by sharing my phone on the open form and I would have preferred to be private on this. Great to meet friendly folks but not to keen on sharing private information. Thanks

No to take over, but can Post Count and Join Date be listed on the left as well as the location? Not for ego boosting, but to know how seasoned of a member you have replying.

So I am not alone on this, I also joined the post for sun and fun looking for someone who has been I really would like to go this year. but no responses yet don't want to go solo but I can may just take my Warrior down so looking for information on housing am not mush for tent sleeping.

I am not having any problems I am loged in on windows 10 and google, as well as my preferred poison I pad

Anytime there is a person's username somewhere, it's a link; you can either click on it or just hover your mouse over it. If you hover your mouse over it a small window will appear that will have a few options. One of those options is "Start Conversation" which is the same as sending a private message in other forum software. So, start a conversation and that should trigger an email alert to the person receiving the message.

If you click on the username link then it will take you to the person's profile page and there are more options there including another "Start Conversation" link.

Profile posts are not private, which you guys have all figured out already.

I have yet to find that link on someone's profile

The only place I can "start a new conversation" is from my inbox. I get the same notification as Lutter. I do not find any options hovering on a username other than "follow" and "ignore". I utilize Forefox.

Okay, I'll take a look at the software set up in the back end of the website and see if I need to change anything

someone please refresh your screen or clear out cache and cookies, then try hovering over a username to see if the Start Conversation option is there.

Thanks!
