Recovering Wings - Advice?

I’m about to start a winter project here, which is recovering my 7ECA wings with wood spars. She currently flies straight and true. Those who have recovered these in the past - did you need to do any rigging adjustments or checks to the wing after removing the old cover? Do I need to call ACA and get any drawings?


Also - anyone have experience with Rainbow Ron’s nails to screws stc and inspection covers?

The rigging should be fine, but you still want to check that everything is still where it’s supposed to be. Next I will suggest replacing all the plastic lines to the peito also I suggest to take many pictures and the bag and tag where all the hardware goes it will save you so much time. With wooden spare check for lose nails I used Rainbow Ron stc for screws plan extra time for cleaning all the glue. Good luck and have lots of fun.
