After almost a year, I finally found some chutes and did Acro in my Super Decathlon. I wasn't sure how I would react physically, having not pulled hard in 14 years, when I was much younger and fitter. I planned to just do a few loops, but once I got going, I felt good and wound up doing a few of everything: loops, rolls, spins, Cubans, hammerheads, and immelmans. No discomfort pulling 4G and very little post flight nausea, nothing a milkshake at the local diner couldn't fix. It was a good day.
