Replacing Position Lightbulb

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum, and to aircraft ownership. I'm trying to replace my '79 Citabria's right position light but cannot get the green lens off. Is there a trick to it - like twisting it or a pry slot? Or is it just force - thinking it hasn't been removed for a long time so it's essentially 'stuck'. It shouldn't be this difficult, I know. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Should be one screw attaching the fairing to the light body. Then carefully pop the light lens loose... be careful; that little green lens ain't cheap! It may be stuck if it hasn't been off in awhile.

Yeah. Drop it and the bill will be upward of $35. Put a cushion under it while you break the seal.
