Right Aileron Not Reaching Stop

Installed wings and connected aileron cables and right aileron not reaching the stop. Did not see anything under the stick. I bought an optic scope to check inside the wing but not certain what to look for. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Bob, the first time I went to attach my aileron cables the upper cable on one side was wrapped around the top fuselage tube before being attached to the cable from the other side.

I'll have to think about that. First thing I would look at is, does the other aileron hit an up-stop (or down stop)?
