I’m replacing the RH opening window in my 7GCBC.. I’m just using lexan to learn with as I’m looking at replacing all glass from Wag Aero when I get the fusalage done hopefully this fall. The flush rivets on this opening window are 3/32, should the hole in the lexan be larger so no cracking when I use my new rivet squeezer from spruce?
