As a glider pilot, I'm always happy to find tow planes and tow pilots.

I was pretty happy when our 7GCBC project dropped into my lap and already had a towhook installed. 150hp doesn't make a great towplane at any high elevation airports, but for near sea level it does a pretty good job. I've towed behind a GCAA (I think) with a 150hp engine and it managed about 400fpm climb rate with my Duo Discus (1350lbs or so 20m wingspan) in trail. Here was our departure captured from a friend.

You're hired! There are so many Citabrias out there towing for work and/or play, thanks for finally sharing one here and putting a first post into our glider/banner tow forum!!

Actually, there is life here. Compare this to the Aeronca forum or the restricted Szego forums?

I only meant that the glider/banner forum was empty, not the collective group. So far, I'm really happy to have been found on facebook and asked to join. I can tell it will be helpful.
