As a glider pilot, I'm always happy to find tow planes and tow pilots.
I was pretty happy when our 7GCBC project dropped into my lap and already had a towhook installed. 150hp doesn't make a great towplane at any high elevation airports, but for near sea level it does a pretty good job. I've towed behind a GCAA (I think) with a 150hp engine and it managed about 400fpm climb rate with my Duo Discus (1350lbs or so 20m wingspan) in trail. Here was our departure captured from a friend.
