To all of our valued customers,
It has come to our attention, once again, that some one pretending to be from Stewart Systems is emailing our customers to try to get them to pay an alleged outstanding balance. The latest attempt shows as being from “[email protected]". That email account does not exist. The name given is Marisa Mendez. There is no one here by that name.
If we contact you about an outstanding balance, it will be from either Andy Humphrey or Theresa Duick. To be on the safe side, if anyone contacts you trying to collect payment, you can call or email us on our published phone number or email (don’t use the reply button) so you know for sure it is Stewart Systems you are speaking with.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is absolutely nothing we can do to stop it. No law enforcement agencies will investigate these things, and there are no consequences for criminals who try these tactics, so it will continue to go on. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in.
