Citabria Top of wing inspection covers

I have a 1965 Citabria with wood spare. I need to add the top of wing inspection covers at the strut connections. Does anyone know a source for the rectangular acetate ring and cover spelled out in the service sheets. I have all the part numbers just need best source, thanks in advance
 
Suggest you make your ring out of aluminum. Holds sheet metal screws lots better.

Rainbow Ron sells an STC kit.
 
I'm installing milman spars and will be doing away with my top covers. However, I wont be back to the shop til late fall if you are still searching for them.

Thanks for the offer, I am communicating with Rainbow now for one of his kits, did use rainbow or follow the service letter, new ground for me on this little more complicated than standard 4” ring. Thanks again
 
I think that top opening says that the AD cannot be done with fabric on the wing. The AD requires every square inch of all four surfaces to be inspected - common sense says if you need the upper window at the lift strut, then that is the critical point and the AD should be changed to require a detailed inspection of that area, and a normal look-see at the rest.

And a Bend-A-Lite and mirror? Who are these guys?

My inspector is requesting the access per service letter 417 he used a mirror and flex bore scope and found couple of loose nails causing him concern. I am trying to reduce my costs by doing the inspection holes for him. Rainbow Ron is out for the weekend and was going to talk to me about it Monday, he has kits for the holes. Thanks for all the advice
