Just wondering, probably should have asked before I ordered the Adlog system for my 8KCAB project, but what is considered best practice now for maintenance logs?

Thanks!

I vote for reality show...
That way everything is documented for posterity. Nose to the grindstone. Trials and tribulations of finding parts. Fighting the FAA.
Pissed off neighbors. Adoring fans...
A wife with big boobs and a daughter with piercings and green hair might be a plus....

Or Adlog would work...

I hated Adlog. I like minimum entries consistent with regs, and a complete listing of ADs and 337s in the back of the current logbook.
Had a Stinson with Adlog - loose leaf! Too many different categories. Converted it to standard logbooks.

Holy hell, I like the reality show idea!

The plane isn't a neat and clean factory original for gawd's sake, it's a rebuild from scratch with A LOT of upgrades so there's a lot to keep organized for the current owner (me) as well as whomever might be so lucky to purchase this in the future from said current owner. There's going to be a banker box of stuff so the Adlog is just one thing that will be in the frickin' box! lol
