I was going to put this in the Citabria restoration thread, but found this area for Cubs. Wag rotator, with added steel beams to connect the two parts, guards to keep the hoop from jumping the tracks, and a set of wheels for easy moving. That wood handle makes maneuvering easy. This wing is a J3 wing with new spars, leading and trailing edges, and five new ribs. It awaits somebody with more courage than me for the final long chain urethane top coat.
