Is there a install kit or felt that has to be replaced with windsheild replacement on a Citabria 7eca?

My 78 Decathlon had 1/16" thick neoprene rubber strips along the side brackets and wrapped around the bottom front edge. Also need well nuts for the sides of the windshield and clear silicone sealant.
