I have a customer with a 7KCAB and his trim handle will not stay put. It gradually works its way to a nose up condition as you fly along at 120mph or so. I put all new grommet, leather washers, and the pear shaped non rotating washer with a new bolt an AN970 washer in and I have it tightened up pretty good. The trim handle is a little stiff and it a little hard to move in my opinion. Something else must be going on. Cables were tensioned to 18lbs with the elevator neutral and control throws were verified correct. Any Citabria gurus out there have any suggestions on what to look at next?
