Citabria Ailerons Extremely Stiff over 90 MPH?

Not inly do they break faster with ground contact, but said ground contact can result in a fatality later on due to compression fracture. Hence the AD, which should be done immediately after all impacts, and not annually.
 
Very rare for the Olin Pash spades to come available ... jump on it if you have a 7 series and you do acro. I would grab in a heartbeat, but STC does not cover 8KCAB.
