OK so I got an update from a very reliable source that was just visiting ACA and talking with the top brass.
- The online form for parts (link a few posts earlier) is indeed new and that is the best way to order routine parts. If you know the part number, or if you can easily describe it and there's no ambiguity about what you want, use the online form.
- Chad is now working with a woman named Mia and she will be handing the fulfillment of routine parts as well as monitoring the online form submissions. If you need a tracking number or other basic info about your order, you can call and ask for Mia.
- Work is in progress for a true online store where you can order parts, enter your cc, get automatic updates for when your order ships, get tracking numbers, etc. No ETA but it's in progress.
- There are plans to make the parts manuals available on the website. ACA wants to make sure they are as accurate as possible so they are going through these now. No ETA but it's in progress.
- Chad is still available for tech support and more complex parts issues. The feedback was that he gets a lot of phone calls so they respectfully requested that routine requests go to Mia, and when you do talk with Chad try not to talk his ear off about your baby

Anyway, sounds like good progress.
