Below is the attached PDF of our 1957 7FC Case Study. We went through months of rebuilding our TWheel and troubleshooting with incorrect geometry issues leading to steering horn bending leading to spring detachments. Posting this in hopes of helping someone with a similar issue!

Looks like a Ph.D thesis. If it ever happens again, make sure the springs are not pulling upward on those arms. They are not designed for force outside of the plane of the arm.

They do make them with "ears." Maybe that would help?
