I am located in Phoenix,AZ and am looking to buy a 7GCBC.
Old style panel is fine. Aluminum spar wings are nice but not required, particularly if inspection holes are present in the wings.
I am willing to travel to examine the plane so most anywhere in the continental US is fine.
