Mouse Control With Peppermint Oil?

Going to try peppermint oil and get back to y'all. had four mice in the traps Monday morning and two more today. the shop next door is getting them too, must be the colder night temps driving them into the hangars.

Bucket trap works

Maine coon works really good

thermal on a 22 is more fun

otherwise

I just researched the ultrasonic devices online. They look promising and only cost about $35.

No, just no

They are not even worth the electric power

my mom had one as she would have the slider cracked for the cat to get in, I had to stomp a mouse to death in her kitchen once on a visit

you don't want to buy cheap ones, they will not work.Expect to pay over $100.00 for the better ones

I get voles and mice in my hanger during the winter, the colder it gets, the more activity. those little buggers manage to learn from the "last" guy and are able to figure out a lot of traps I set up it seems. I end up rotating them.

At the cabin, I use a 5 gal bucket trap, with peanut butter about 2 inchs down from the lip and a couple inches of RV antifreeze at the bottom. keeps them from stinking, even after all winter. I would do this in my hanger, but the dog and toddler would find their way into it for sure.

I have had no luck with ultrasonic.
