Champ Oil temps

Looking for info regarding operational oil temps on 7 series Champ converted to O-200 engines and for early 7ECA and later 7EC (100 hp) Champs. Let's say at 80 degr. OAT. My converted 7AC runs at 200 degr. at 80 degr. OAT. This temp has a dramatic affect on the oil pressure. Pressure drops to 27 psi at 2400 rpm. The engine was newly overhauled. Anybody have any observations ??

That seems low for an engine with new bearings, but it will run forever at 27 psi. In the Cubs we get closer to 180 F when it is 80 outside, but the cooling system is vastly different. When it (rarely) hits 110 outside, we see 210 on the gauge. Still won't hurt it.
