New Interior

I just did mine I ran a small wire thru the top fabric loop tight and just hung my springs off of there to the top flange with spring holes

Ok… I just wondered if I need a little extra stiffness on that wire/rod whatever a guy might use to help keep the new curtain looking tight and level when stapling the bottom to the floorboards .. I have some 1/8”stainless gas pipe that is nice and rigid but may need to get creative for places to attach the new springs.

I come up with this..think it should be ok. 24ga x 3/4” galvanized strapping.. take your time and fold in 1/2. I done the whole left side length about 7’, nice and rigid, and pre drilled holes is handy for the cotter pin/spring hook up.

I didn’t read the whole thread but ACA uses aluminum angle that is fastened to the floorboards. I have an extra set if anyone wants to give them a try.

I’m struggling to find a picture or “ Park Brake “ placard for my 7GCBC .. somewhere on barnstormers while looking at ads I noticed one… mine was not on the panel when I purchased the plane… could someone snap me a pic if they have ? Thanks
