if you consider being able to call the owner on his cell phone when you're in the middle of spraying, then yes, they're very willing to help!

I spoke with the Distributor of Oratex for a half hour recently in AK. Very keen to talk about his product and the virtues. One of the most overlooked areas is its UV protection if the aircraft is left tied down outdoors.
 
If Stewarts ever gets approval for a conventional top coat I am in. I see no reason why Poly Tone wouldn't work, and having watched a top coat operation using all Stewarts-recommended equipment, procedures, and paint booth, I can tell you that I am not talented enough to paint an aircraft with their top coat.
 
One of the local fellows rebuilt a Highlander and used the Stewart's System.

He used a talented guy for the Top Coat without a booth. That was the comment from the Painter, he didn't get on with top coat. Having said that, I thought he did a very nice job.
 
To get a great top coat you need to have stable temperatures, a pretty good amount of humidity in the booth, and a lot of patience to let each fog coat set up before spraying the next fog coat and then the top coat. If you can be patient and if you have a good enough booth to keep the temps not too hot and not too cold, the finish color coat will look beautiful.
 
I found that the patients is key, next the final coat can be very good if you have good lighting and learn to look for the wet after going past spray point almost goes from orang peal look to wet.
